Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be on HRT to benefit from this clinic?
Not at all. Whether you're on HRT, considering it, or not taking it at all, we can support your skin effectively. We’ll take your full hormonal history into account and build a plan around your unique needs.
Can I just come for skincare advice without having a treatment?
Yes, absolutely. Many clients come purely for skin guidance and prescription skincare plans. You’ll still receive a full consultation, a personalised skincare routine, and product recommendations — with or without in-clinic treatments.
What’s the cost of a consultation?
Initial consultations are £50 and include a full skin and lifestyle assessment, tailored advice, and your bespoke skin plan. If you decide to ago ahead with treatment, £20 of this fee can be redeemable against your first service.
How long will results take?
It depends on your skin's starting point, the treatments chosen, and consistency with home care. Most clients begin to see noticeable improvements within 4–6 weeks, with continued results over 3 months. We'll guide you every step of the way.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes — virtual consultations are available if you’d like prescription skincare advice but can’t attend in person. You’ll receive the same thorough support and a tailored plan, and any products or prescriptions can be arranged for delivery.
I want to manage my menopause skin naturally — can Skin Harmony still help?
Absolutely. At Skin Harmony, we take a holistic, client-led approach — there’s no pressure to pursue aesthetic treatments or medical skincare. Many of our clients prefer to support their skin through natural methods, and we’re here to guide you with:
Lifestyle-based skin advice (sleep, nutrition, hydration, stress)
Non-invasive treatments like LED therapy and barrier-repair facials
Gentle, menopause-friendly skincare recommendations using active botanicals and proven ingredients
Your consultation is all about you — your values, your preferences, and your goals. Whether you want a totally natural approach or a blend of support options, we’ll create a plan that feels right for you.
